These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases made through the RÄPPLI Watches website and the contractual relationship between the customer (“Customer”) and:

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms before completing the purchase.
These Terms apply primarily to sales to private customers. Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the Customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
RÄPPLI Watches GmbH designs and offers Swiss watches and related products in limited quantities.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and represent our products accurately. However, photographs, illustrations, renderings, colours, dimensions and other visual representations are provided for information purposes and may differ slightly from the final product.
Minor variations resulting from materials, manufacturing processes or artisanal production are not considered defects.
RÄPPLI Watches GmbH may make reasonable technical or aesthetic modifications to a product before delivery, provided that such modifications do not materially alter its essential characteristics.
Products are offered subject to availability.
Before submitting an order, the Customer has the opportunity to review the selected products,
quantities, delivery information and total price and to correct any errors.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase the selected product.
After an order is placed, the Customer will receive an electronic acknowledgement. The sales contract becomes binding when RÄPPLI Watches GmbH confirms acceptance of the order by email and payment has been successfully received or authorised.
RÄPPLI Watches GmbH reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of payment failure, incorrect information, suspected fraud, product unavailability, obvious pricing errors, legal or regulatory restrictions, or suspected purchase for unauthorised commercial resale.
If an order is cancelled by RÄPPLI Watches GmbH after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded.
Certain RÄPPLI Watches products may be offered as limited editions, numbered pieces, pre-orders or products manufactured specifically following an advance reservation.
Production and delivery dates communicated for such products are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Watchmaking production may be affected by component availability, quality-control requirements, suppliers, logistics or other circumstances inherent to small-series manufacturing. RÄPPLI Watches GmbH will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to estimated delivery schedules.
Where Customers are permitted to select a production or serial number, such selection is subject to availability and becomes final only when confirmed by RÄPPLI Watches GmbH.
The selection of an available production or serial number from a numbered edition does not, by itself, make the product personalised or customised and does not exclude any return or withdrawal right that would otherwise apply.
A product will be treated as personalised or customised only where it is manufactured, engraved, altered or otherwise individually configured specifically for the Customer beyond the standard options offered for the relevant edition.
A selected or requested number does not constitute a legally recognised unique identifier beyond the numbering convention adopted by RÄPPLI Watches GmbH for the relevant edition.
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Website.
The final price applicable to an order is the price displayed during checkout and confirmed in the order confirmation.
For deliveries within Switzerland, applicable Swiss VAT will be charged as indicated at checkout.
For deliveries outside Switzerland, prices may be exclusive of local VAT, import duties, customs charges or other taxes unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.
The Customer is responsible for any import duties, local taxes, customs charges or other governmental fees applicable in the destination country where these are not collected by RÄPPLI Watches GmbH at the time of purchase.
RÄPPLI Watches GmbH may change its prices at any time. Such changes do not affect orders already accepted.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
By submitting payment information, the Customer confirms that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Orders may be suspended or cancelled if payment is refused, reversed, incomplete or identified as potentially fraudulent.
RÄPPLI Watches GmbH does not directly store complete payment-card information where payments are processed by authorised third-party payment providers.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer during checkout.
The Customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Estimated production, dispatch and delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Delays may occur due to production requirements, quality control, customs procedures, transportation, force majeure or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of RÄPPLI Watches GmbH.
Where tracking information is available, it will be communicated to the Customer.
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the shipment, or failure to pay applicable import duties or taxes, RÄPPLI Watches GmbH may deduct reasonable shipping, customs and return costs from any refund.
Customers should inspect the package upon delivery and inform RÄPPLI Watches GmbH promptly if it arrives visibly damaged or if the delivered product does not correspond to the order.
Except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise, Swiss law does not provide an automatic right to withdraw from an online purchase simply because the Customer has changed their mind.
RÄPPLI Watches GmbH may nevertheless accept the return of standard, non-personalised products within 14 days of delivery, provided that the Customer first contacts us at info@rappli.watch and the product is returned unused and unworn; in perfect and resalable condition; with all protective materials, labels and seals intact; and with its original packaging, documentation, accessories and any accompanying items.
The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring that the shipment is adequately insured and trackable, unless the return results from an error by RÄPPLI Watches GmbH or from a covered defect.
Returns may be refused, or the refund reasonably reduced, where the product shows signs of wear, damage, alteration or incomplete contents.
Unless required by mandatory applicable law, the voluntary return right described above does not apply to personalised or customised products; watches engraved at the Customer’s request; products manufactured or individually configured specifically for the Customer beyond the standard options offered for the relevant edition; or certain limited or numbered editions expressly identified as non-returnable before purchase.
For clarity, choosing an available production or serial number within a standard numbered edition is not, by itself, considered personalisation or customisation for the purposes of this Section.
Any mandatory withdrawal or return rights applicable under the laws of the Customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
Once an authorised return has been received and inspected, RÄPPLI Watches GmbH will process any applicable refund using the original payment method.
Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and similar costs are not refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from an error by RÄPPLI Watches GmbH.
RÄPPLI Watches GmbH may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or the Customer provides satisfactory evidence that it has been shipped.
RÄPPLI Watches timepieces are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory rights.
At its discretion and where legally permitted, RÄPPLI Watches GmbH may repair or replace a product affected by a covered manufacturing defect. Where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible, an appropriate refund or price reduction may be offered.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and ageing or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, impacts, improper handling, unauthorised repair or modification, failure to follow care instructions, or use outside the product’s stated specifications.
Normal wear of straps, bracelets, buckles, coatings, crystals and other external components is not considered a manufacturing defect unless the issue results from a manufacturing fault.
Water resistance is guaranteed only within the specifications stated for the relevant model and assumes proper use and maintenance of the watch.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RÄPPLI Watches GmbH shall not be liable for indirect,
incidental or consequential loss arising from the purchase, possession or use of its products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
RÄPPLI Watches GmbH shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, among others, natural disasters, fire, epidemics, war, governmental restrictions, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, interruptions in energy or telecommunications, or significant disruption in the supply of watch movements, components, raw materials or manufacturing services.
Where such circumstances materially affect an order, RÄPPLI Watches GmbH will make reasonable efforts to inform the Customer and find an appropriate solution.
Personal data collected in connection with orders and use of the Website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to process payments, fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide customer service or comply with legal obligations.
These Terms and any contractual relationship with RÄPPLI Watches GmbH are governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and, to the extent legally permissible, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
